Exteriors.

If you’re wondering, “Does Guardian do that?” The answer is probably “Yes!” Here are a few of the other services we provide to make sure the outside of your home is holding strong and looking great for years to come.

Your soffit, fascia, and eaves are the unsung heroes of a great roofing system. It’s important to make sure they’re in good working order. Here is a little info on why they’re important:

Soffits

Soffits are located on the underside of your roof’s overhang and are a key part of your roof’s ventilation. Without proper ventilation your roof becomes prone to mold, mildew, and wood rot. A lack of ventilation can also cause overheating which can damage your shingles and lead to ice damming.

Fascia

That long board that sits just under your eaves may not look like much, but it’s an essential part of keeping damaging moisture out of your roof and attic. When fascia is fitted correctly over the end of your home’s trusses, it creates a barrier between your roofline and all that harsh weather.

Eavestroughs

Eavestroughs serve a pretty crucial function—they help keep water away from the walls, windows, and foundation of your home. By moving water away from your home, eavestroughs prevent siding rot, mold, mildew, and water in basements; they also reduce the amount mud in your yard. They’re a key part of maintaining the structural integrity of your home’s exterior.

The 5’ seamless eavestroughs we offer are great because they require less maintenance and are much less prone to leaking. No seams means no little crevices for water to escape, or gaps for little sticks and leaves to get caught up in. They also look pretty slick.

More Exterior Services:

Concrete – sidewalks, steps, commercial concrete

No one wants cracked walkways, driveways, or a set of steps that cause slips, trips, or stubs. We offer plenty of concrete options to make for smooth steppin’ around your home.

Snow Removal

Saskatchewan gets some pretty serious dumps of snow. It’s important to clear snow off your roof to prevent ice damming and alleviate the excess pressure the weight the snow puts on your roof. Ice dams prevent melting snow and water from draining off your roof properly. If not dealt with, ice dams can cause water to leak into a home and damage walls, ceilings, and insulation. We’re happy to provide snow removal because we like making sure a roof is looking strong for years to come!

Power Washing
