We provide roofing and exterior services, including but not limited to:

• Roof installation, repair, and replacement

• Flat roof services

• Soffit, fascia, and eavestrough installation

• Vinyl siding and masonry work

All services are provided based on a written estimate and are subject to the scope, pricing, and timelines agreed upon with the customer.

2. Estimates and Payment

• Estimates are free and valid for 30 days.

• A deposit may be required before work begins.

• Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept payments via [insert payment methods, e.g., e-transfer, cheque, credit card if applicable].

Late payments may be subject to interest charges as outlined in your invoice.

3. Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship and materials. Warranty details will be outlined in your contract and vary depending on the service and materials used.

Please retain all documentation to validate any warranty claims.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated as early as possible.
